5. Save any changes

6.  Now it is time to upload, before you do...

FIRST...
Make sure ALL "EDITED FILES" are saved to have 300 DPI... if not change and resave

THEN...
a) Open your edited images in Photoshop
b) GO TO:  IMAGE-->  IMAGE SIZE and change the LARGEST pixel dimension to 780.
c) GO TO:  IMAGE -->  IMAGE SIZE and change the DPI back to 72 (for test files ONLY)
d) After resizing ALL edited images SAVING AS a .jpg in the "TEST folder" in the U drive.

All images must be submitted in JPEG format (file name extension .jpg) and RGB color mode. We recommend uploading files that are 72 pixels-per-inch (ppi) because a higher resolution does not add clarity when viewing images on a computer screen. We recommend that you keep copies of your original images.

7. Click on your Breadth section/Concentration section & begin uploading & arranging all files

8. Click on Concentration. Scroll down and copy & paste both sections of your artist’s statement.

By the end of the quarter you are required to have all boxes filled to the best of your ability and to have measured and inputted both the measurements & the media/technique into both the breadth and concentration sections of the test.
The online portion of the test can be accessed from anywhere and I am able to see your progress to your digital portfolio from the teachers account.

From here on out it is your responsibility to finish, GOOD LUCK!  :)
